CRISPR -based Detection


This platform detects the presence of specific nucleic acids that indicate disease in a sample of individuals and provides the necessary clinical and diagnostic information. The CRISPR-based detection system of UTAGENE works with Cas nucleases designed to find a specific gene sequence. By finding the desired sequence, the nuclease activates the cutting ability, which leads to producing a signal and generates a signal that confirms that the sequence has been found.
