Rapid RNA extraction buffer shortens the time of molecular diagnostic tests by extracting the virus genetic material in one step and less than 5 minutes without the need for centrifugation or washing steps. The UtaPure product can be used to perform molecular tests such as PCR or RT-LAMP on samples suspected of having the coronavirus. This product does not affect the accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of molecular tests.
