NEAR -based Detection
This isothermal platform can exponentially amplify DNA at a constant temperature using a polymerase and nicking enzyme in the temperature range from 55 °C to 59 °C. The potential benefits of NEAR over PCR are increased speed and lower energy requirements. This platform can be used in bedside diagnostic products and delivers results quickly in minutes.
